In Levels 1 and 2 you learned what AI is, how to write a prompt, and how to get useful answers for daily tasks. That's a great foundation. Level 3 builds the judgment layer on top.
What AI is, what it can do, how to write a basic prompt, and why it sometimes gets things wrong.
Write WhatsApp messages, plan budgets, get exam help, and draft complaint letters using AI.
Verify answers before trusting them. Get step-by-step breakdowns. Rewrite for tone. Compare two answers. Build your personal prompt library.
Arjun's mistake wasn't using AI. It was trusting AI without checking. This level teaches you exactly what Arjun needed to know.
AI can sound very confident even when it's wrong. It does not know what it doesn't know. Your job is to be the fact-checker.
When you get a long AI answer all at once, it can feel overwhelming. Step-by-step mode turns a wall of text into a clear guide you can actually follow.
AI dumps everything at once. Hard to follow. You miss steps. You feel overwhelmed and stop.
AI gives you numbered steps, one at a time. You complete each step. You feel confident. You finish.
A good AI answer in the wrong tone can still cause problems. A complaint letter that sounds too aggressive. A professional email that sounds too casual. AI can rewrite anything in any tone you need โ you just have to ask.
| Situation | Add this to your prompt |
|---|---|
| Complaint letter | "Rewrite this to sound firm but respectful, not angry." |
| Professional email | "Rewrite this to sound formal and courteous for a manager." |
| Message to a friend | "Rewrite this to sound warm, casual, and friendly." |
| Request to a stranger | "Rewrite this to sound polite and humble." |
| Motivating a student | "Rewrite this to sound encouraging and positive." |
| WhatsApp to vendor | "Rewrite this to sound direct but not rude." |
The first answer AI gives is not always its best. Asking two different ways โ or asking for a second version โ often reveals a much better answer. Smart AI users do this automatically.
Get your first answer. Read it. Don't accept it immediately.
Reframe the question from another angle, or explicitly ask: "Give me a second opinion on this."
Look at both answers. Where do they agree? Where do they differ? That difference is where your judgment matters most.
Every time you write a prompt that works really well, save it. Treat it like a recipe. Next time you need something similar, you just swap the details. This turns AI from a one-time helper into a permanent life tool.
๐ก How to save: Copy any template above โ paste into WhatsApp Saved Messages, iPhone Notes, or Google Keep โ label it with a short name. That's your prompt library started.
Open ChatGPT or Gemini and do each one. You will be surprised how much better your results get.
Ask AI about any government fee, exam date, or scheme. Then add "Is this current? Where can I verify this officially?" Compare what it says before and after.
Pick any task you want to learn โ cooking, applying for a scheme, setting up a mobile feature. Ask AI to explain it in numbered steps for a beginner.
Write a message to someone โ a complaint, an apology, a request. Ask AI to rewrite it in two different tones. See which one fits better.
Next time AI recommends something โ a product, a plan, a route โ ask it: "Now give me the reasons why this might NOT be the best choice." Notice what it says.
Copy the 5 templates from Section 7 into your Notes app or WhatsApp Saved Messages right now. Give each one a short label. Your library is started.
