Payment and Refund Policy

Mitra AI Life is still operating free-first for public learning. This page sets the default rules for current free access, future paid levels, and premium custom services so pricing and refund expectations stay clear.

Free public content

Free public pages, lessons, and videos do not require payment. Access to free content may change as the platform evolves, but any major pricing shift should be stated clearly on the relevant offer page before payment is introduced.

Future paid learning tracks

If a course, bundle, or membership becomes paid, the offer page should clearly show the price, language coverage, support level, duration, and whether the buyer is paying for self-paced access, live help, or downloadable resources.

Premium custom services

Premium custom support, institutional support, and done-with-you or done-for-you service work are separate offerings. Their price, delivery timeline, revision scope, and support boundaries should be documented in writing before payment is accepted.

Refund principles

Before delivery starts

If a paid custom service is cancelled before meaningful work begins, a full or near-full refund may be offered after payment processing costs.

Digital course access

If a learner buys a digital course and the offer page promises a refund window, the same window should be honored exactly as written on that page.

Custom service work

For custom service work, refunds after delivery has started should depend on work already completed, assets already shared, and the written agreement in place.

Non-refundable situations

Completed custom work, delivered documents, generated assets, consultation time already used, or services explicitly marked as non-refundable should not be refunded unless required by law or a written exception is approved.
