What You Will Learn in Class 8
Class 7 taught you to use AI tools well. Class 8 takes you one level deeper — you will understand why AI works the way it does, what its limits are, and how the same thinking skills can help you build your own ideas using AI.
How AI Actually Learns
AI vs ML vs Deep Learning. What training data is. Why AI gets things wrong — at a deeper level.
Data — The Fuel of AI
What a dataset looks like. Clean vs messy data. Patterns, labels, and how AI finds meaning.
How Language Models Think
What tokens are. Why GPT and similar models predict the next word. Why they can sound confident but be wrong.
AI Ethics and Fairness
Where bias comes from in AI. What fairness means in practice. Big questions: jobs, privacy, deepfakes, who decides.
AI Innovation in India
Real Indian AI projects in healthcare, farming, education, language, and space research.
Your First Python Code
Variables, print, lists, simple if — your very first steps in the language used to build most of today's AI.

What You Need to Start
Recommended: Complete Class 7 AI Daily Life Academy (or have equivalent experience using AI tools for school work). Class 8 builds directly on the prompting, critical thinking, and safety skills from Class 7.
- A device with internet access (phone or computer)
- A free AI tool account (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar)
- A notebook for writing down prompts and observations
- For Lesson 11 (Python): free access to Google Colab or Replit — no installation needed
- Curiosity and willingness to ask "but WHY does AI do that?"
